To ensure your WhatsApp Business account can accept payments, you need to configure your payment settings. Follow these straightforward steps:
1. Navigate to WhatsApp Account Settings:
Go to https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/whatsapp_account
2. Select the Business Account:
From the left navigation panel, select the correct business account.
Then, select the appropriate WhatsApp Business account.
3. Add Payment Method:
Click on “Payment Settings” under the WhatsApp Business account.
4. A new tab will open where they can click on “Add Payment” and input the payment details.
