Data setup - Services, Products & Customers

1. Navigate to Data Setup

• Access the Growth Setup Wizard from the dashboard.
• Select the Data Setup option to get started.

• Download Sample File: Click on the provided link to download a sample template.
• Fill in Service Details: Add information such as:
  • Service Name
  • Category
  • Duration
  • Price
• Import File: Upload the completed file, and the system will automatically update your service list.
• Mark as Completed: Return to the Growth Setup Wizard and mark this step as done.

3. Product Import

• Download Sample File: Use the provided template for product import.
• Fill in Product Details: Add the following:
  • Product Name
  • Category
  • Brand
  • Stock Quantity
  • Sale Price and Purchase Price
• Upload the File: Import the file to populate your product inventory.
• Save Changes: Ensure everything is updated, and mark it as completed in the wizard.

4. Customer Import

• Prepare Customer List: Gather all customer data in a CSV or Excel format.
• Include Key Details:
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Birthdate or Anniversary (if available)
• Import the File: Upload the data to Zylu to update your customer records.
• Mark as Completed: After the upload, tick this step as completed in the wizard.

• Importing accurate and organized data ensures smooth operations and better customer experience.
• You can revisit any section to add or update details as needed.

• Use the provided sample templates to avoid errors during import.
• Double-check all data before importing to ensure accuracy.
• Prioritize essential data first (services and products) for quick setup.

By completing the Data Setup, you’re building a strong foundation for efficient operations and excellent customer management!
