By the end of this guide, you'll be well-equipped to handle walk-in transactions with confidence and ease!

Steps:
  1. Click on the plus button to initiate the billing process.

  2. Search for the customer in the system by entering their number or name.

  3. If the customer is not found, click on "new" to add the customer and input basic information such as name, gender, and lead source (e.g., walk-in, Google ad, Instagram ad).

  4. Optionally, record the customer's birthday for future promotional purposes.

  5. Add the services the customer has taken (e.g., haircut, threading) and assign the employees who provided the services.

  6. Include any products purchased by the customer and specify the employee responsible for the sale.

  7. Apply any applicable discounts to the bill.

  8. Proceed to checkout and select the payment mode (single or split).

  9. If there is a referral, record the referrer's information.

  10. Complete the billing process.

  11. Gather feedback from the customer regarding their experience and make a note of it.

  12. Share the bill with the customer via WhatsApp using the device.
