How to create Membership Program (Pay 10K get 12K)

Navigate to the main menu.
Select Manage and then in Retention Tools section, click on Membership.
Click on the Plus button in the bottom right corner to create a new plan.
Fill in the membership details:
Name the plan (e.g., pay 10k get 12k).
Set the validity period (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
Enter the price (10,000 rupees).
Choose a color to represent the membership plan.
Select any complimentary package if applicable.
Enter the promotional balance (12,000 rupees).
Optionally, set credit frequency and amount for recurring benefits.
Configure additional discounts or cashback if needed.
Click on Save to finalize the membership plan.
Ensure all details are accurately entered to avoid confusion for customers.
Double-check the pricing and promotional balance to prevent errors in the plan setup.
Be mindful of any additional discounts or cashback settings to align with the overall plan structure.
Use clear and concise names for the membership plan to easily identify and manage them.
Regularly review and update membership plans to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
