Learn how to revoke access to the app for employees who no longer require it, ensuring that only authorized staff can use the system.

Key Steps:
  1. Log In: Log into your Zylu Salon Management app using your credentials.

  2. Access Employee Management: From the main menu, navigate to "Manage" and then select "Employee."

  3. Locate Employee: In the employee list view, identify the employee whose app access you want to revoke. Look for "Has app access: Yes" next to their name.

  4. Open Employee Profile: Click on the name of the employee to open their detailed profile.

  5. Revoke App Access: Within the detailed view, locate the button labeled "Revoke App Access" and click on it. A confirmation message will appear.

  6. Confirm Revocation: Confirm your choice to revoke access. Once confirmed, the employee will no longer be able to log into the app.

  • Ensure that you are revoking access for the correct employee to avoid any unintended consequences.

  • Once access is revoked, the employee will no longer be able to log into the app, so make sure it is necessary before proceeding.
