Introduction:
This module covers the important aspects of invoice reading, capturing customer emotions, and sharing invoices through WhatsApp, along with collecting customer reviews.
Capturing Customer Emotion
- After completing the sale, you’ll see an option to capture the customer’s emotion using emojis (very dissatisfied, dissatisfied, neutral, satisfied, very satisfied).
- Ask the customer about their experience and select the appropriate emoji.
WhatsApp Bill Sharing
- Click on Share to open the WhatsApp sharing options.
- Choose WhatsApp from Device to send the invoice directly to the customer’s WhatsApp chat.
