Streamlining Customer Reminders Through Automation

Automation is a crucial feature that helps businesses remind customers about services they have availed. This documentation outlines how to set up service reminders and other types of automations.

Accessing Automation

To find the automation feature:

  1. Navigate to the main menu.

  2. Click on the Marketing section.

  3. Select Automation.


Creating a Service Reminder

To create a reminder for a specific service (e.g., hair care):

  1. Click on Service Reminder.

  2. Enter a descriptive name for the reminder (e.g., "Hair Color Automation").

  3. Set the reminder to be sent after a specified duration (e.g., 30 days post-service).


Configuring the Reminder
  • By default, all service categories are selected. You can deselect them if necessary.

  • Ensure the correct service category is selected (e.g., Hair Color).

  • Customize the message to be sent. You can choose from pre-defined templates or create your own.


Saving the Automation

Once you have configured the reminder:

  • Click Save to activate the automation.

  • The system will now automatically send reminders to customers after they receive the specified service, aiding in customer retention.


Other Automation Types

In addition to service reminders, you can set up:

  • Special Occasion Automations: Reminders for birthdays or anniversaries.

  • Expiry Automations: Notifications for expiring packages or cashback offers.
