Creating, Billing, and Redeeming Gift Cards/Vouchers in Zylu

This video shows you how to manage gift cards in the Zylu app. You’ll learn how to:

• Create a new gift card with custom details like name, validity, value, and price.
• Bill the gift card to a customer and send it via email with a message.
• Redeem the gift card by applying the code to a customer’s account.

1. Creating a Gift Card:

   • Go to the main menu, select manage, then marketing, and click on gift cards.

   • Tap the plus button to add a new gift card.

   • Enter the name of the gift card, choose the validity period, gift value, price of the gift card, and select a color.

   • Click save to create the gift card.

2. Building a Gift Card:

   • Head to the sales screen and select the customer.

   • Click on the add gift card button and choose the gift card created.

   • Fill in details like employee handling the transaction, delivery date, sender's name, recipient's email address, and a message.

   • Click on Bill the Gift Card to send the gift card information to the recipient via email.

3. Redeeming a Gift Card:

   • Select the customer's profile in the sales screen.

   • Click on the redeem gift card button.

   • Enter the gift card code and click redeem to add the value to the customer's account for use on services or products.

• Ensure all details are accurately entered when creating, building, and redeeming gift cards to avoid errors.

• Double-check recipient email addresses and gift card codes to ensure accurate delivery and redemption.
